"Whomsoever takes up this blade shall wield power eternal. Just as the blade rends flesh, so must power scar the spirit."

Frosty is complete! In its full life-sized form, anyone who wields it shall become the new Paper Lich King!

So.. whomever had been following my recent updates would have guessed this was coming up. At 34 pages, Frostmourne was definitely a challenge to put together, and therefore the reason why I started off with the previous few easier ones. It took about 3-4 days of ~3 hours each of cutting and scoring, followed by another 4 days of putting it together.

I abandoned the wooden Frostmourne project in favour for this, mostly due to the lack of time. With my current schedule, completing it might possibly take a year or more, by which I would have given up due to boredom.

Love it! ^____^ I really wanted to make one myself, but I wasn't sure if my printer would like using that much ink :P

Hey man, this is great, I just finished my life-sized one too, great work! Freakin' AWESOME model though. It's fun getting strange looks as you walk around in public wit the sword, too. XD

Mmhmm, its a printout. It comes in a number of pieces which you cut out then stick together to form the whole model. Its called papercraft, in case you want to know. With a bit of strengthening and modelling, you can potentially make weapons/props of around the same quality as conventional materials, but I'm still looking into that.

Oh I have a model of a saw mill using that I never got around to making it.

Wow, awesome build! mind if I post it :P

(too late)

It's cool how it looks all polygon-like. I actually thought it was a screen shot photoshopped onto your kitchen floor.
